At the outset I would like to thank Mara Gates for the wonderful time we spent in Kenya.
The itinerary was well planned & the hotels were good. We were delighted quality veg food throughout.

Mr. Maurice in particular was hospitable, honest, good command over English & his attitude to keep the customers happy enabled us to see some more animals, he has very good attitude.
I recommend you to give him extra rewards as he is keeping the name of your company in good stead.
Given an opportunity we would like to make another trip.
Mara was disappointing as we didn’t get to see more animals there. The approach to Mara was horrible
I think the tour operators should take up the issue with concerned authorities to improve the same…..
